Eve's Pudding

I finally looked for a recipe to make this lovely cake, My Sister in law got me hooked on the M&S one back in the UK mmmmm. Well i ended up making 2 lots so i could give some to Bert next door. It turned out lovely if i don't say so my self, I will need to ask Bert if he liked his as he was not home when i left it for him, he came home this morning to find it in his kitchen lol dirty stop out , any way I'm sure he will love it.
